Oh, forgot special pummel. The mark transfers on grab anyway so I don't think that can actually come up.

It's not a Fleet thing, transferring the mark requires any physical attack by design. The attacks which don't are all projectiles. (And back throw doesn't either, like you said it transfers on grab.)
