Offline game is comfortably over 100fps consistent but as soon as I play online all game just jumps from 40-90 over and over again making the experience a choppy mess, this has been happening for a while now and still is. Game used to run great online in january.
For comparision in training mode i have 165jhz never dropping as i locked the fps

Online mode will require more from your CPU in general - Would recommend checking if your laptop is using your 3060 exclusively and not your 5800H's integrated graphics card

that sinks down to 60 fps not even peaking at 90 online
