Rivals 2: Store won't open and crashed the game once

It said to restart the game if problem persists. I did and it still doesn't work even after verifying game files.

I just had this happen to me as well.

Same here, check your inventory, it seems it's also failing to load a couple of items and if you press A on them the game crashes

Yeah sometimes they add new items the store bugs out, might be due to the three kickstarter skins and there alts not being properly added to the game but them messing up and giving it to everyone on accident

I double checked my inventory and I don't have anything I shouldn't, but plenty of things I AM suppsed to have have turned into the blank items that crash the game when I press A on them

Namely my kickstarter platform is missing, a bunch of palettes, the beta icons...

Oh okay, its just them messing up and giving items to people they shouldn't have is something we have seen before, same with the store breaking at the same time

Ya ya I know, I looked through old bug reports to check if there was a fix and they mentioned that

But I did check and nope, my inventory is fine

Just wait they usually fix these things relatively fast, and if you still have any missing times just talk to the devs and they should be able to help

Nah I know the items are there, they're just not loaded

They just show up as an epic item with no name or picture

yeah as far as i can tell:

• the main store page usually loads albeit very slowly
• events page is really inconsistent, sometimes boots you to the menu sometimes crashes altogether
• coins shop will not load, boots you to the menu
• bucks shop loaded once or twice but usually boots to menu
• inventory loads quickly but it has blank items. clicking on these items crashes the game (said blank items also appear for stuff on the event roadmap if the events tab loads and also crash the game if clicked on)

I haven't been on the game today yet so I didn't know. I think last time something like this happened it was a couple of hours before it got fixed

I've had the same thing all day, can confirm all of these happen

I did make a ticket about it but no reply yet
