Was quit out on right as I reached level 45 on Ranno and did not get the palette.

Someone quit out right as a game ended, so the animation for gaining xp did not happen, When I got to character select, Ranno was level 45, but the skin wasnt selectable. It is not in my inventory either.

Same. I thought the issue was with me getting quit out on at a weird time, so if it's more universal I feel like it's more likely to get addressed quicker.

i did. had to make a support ticket and they added it to my account manually

Mine appeared once I hit level 46 and reset the game after hitting level 46

From what I understand, cause I have heard this happen to some other people, it usually only happens on this scale when your opponent quits out on you specifically on the results screen before you actually gain the XP. Otherwise, the skin usually does show up when you restart the game.
