i redid the estep calibration from default (40) to new 25.771
that only made the only made the problem worse
wrong nozzle sice in the slicer?
its a standart .4 in the slicer and on the printer
Okay accidentally selected the wrong material? If not try a cold pull 🙂
regular 200/220°C 60°C and the cold pull is clean, but ill try printing now
still underextrusion
ill try a larger nozzle
whats your flow rate
oh im stupid i think i know your problem now @winter fjord
you might have used the wrong calcualtion
100%, curent default 4.59
an i used this calculator following its instructions https://www.service-uplink.de/esteps_cal/calculator.php
the calculation does not calculate with the microsteps that might be the issue
so it might be wrongm thats what if found out. so i set it back to the default it had before
i switched back to a cheap brass nozzle after trying out a .6mm tungston one and now it print almost alright, i may have just gotten a bad batch of tungsten nozzles
Hmmm @winter fjord got a link? I think tungsten has a lower thermal conductivity then brass
Forget that it has more
no i bought a set of 25 i belive ages ago from amazon, it came with a few tungsten and a bunch of brass nozzles, so i guess just buy from trusted manufacturers
but it still isnt perfect, but atleast i have a usable shape now
