So I decided to do a 2h long print at 50mm/s print speed on my voron trident at 115 degrees bed and 270 degrees nozzle at 0.2mm layer height. The chamber has a temperature sensor and at the height of the part its around 55 degrees. I didnt have this warping problem before while printing much faster with this filament. I use a mahnetic removable PEI sheet, which was washed with dish soap before the print. Adhesion seems to be good and not an issue. Cooling fan is off, except for bridges at 50%. The parts had some bridges. The parts start to warp after like 30 layers are made. They warp like 2mm up from the buildplate, and the parts themselves are like 8mm in height and 50x50mm in size. I am out of ideas why the warping is happening. What can I do? Is my chamber temp ok for this filament or do i need more?

Just to eliminate the obvious was the filament dried before use or in a dryer during use ?
The fillament was in a sunlu filadryer s2 for 3 weeks at 70 degrees and like that during printing as well
Honestly settings seem pretty much perfect, they do state on their site that 50mm/s is the max so you could try slowing down a bit.
When the warping occurs is it when the part starts bridging or before / after ?
I have yet to determine that
How long does the print take? Would it be wasting a bit of you tried it all fans off not even on bridges.
The print takes 2 hours, but i can try a smaller print, like a simple 6x50x20mm box with the 6x50 side on the bed
