It may also be a clog, calibrating your e-steps may not fix the issue, when you push the filament through manually is there any extra resistance?
(edit for clarity: calibrating your e-steps does not seem like a solution due to the severity of the under extruding, I would be more concerned about clogs or similar issues)

There was a clog actually I got that fixed now these are my prints now to see if it falls apart
