Ender 3 Troubles

I have recently gotten an Ender 3 and have been having some pretty major problems lately. Whenever I start the print it either starts the outline and then goes all over the place or stays on the edge producing globs of filament. Any help would be extremely appreciated.

id use prusa slicer

curas a bit easier if i remember but prusa slicers better

if that is not an issue with your slicer it could be a faulty or corrupted sd card

i see at least 3 possible issues

first belt tension is definitly to low look at the flopy belt

second why is the heatbed/extruder cable across y axis

third if you have issues suddenly its either sdcard corruption or if you did an update not clearing the eeprom
