#2.85mm Sprite Pro Extruder not accepting 2.85mm filament

If you got the 2.85 mm version from amazon ... that one is fake
@primal karma its even worse there never was an offical version from creality for 2.85mm.
If you have some hexkeys you can carefully check with them if the filament goes even down to the hotend with more then 1.75mm
1.75mm goes all the way down and the gears don’t grab
And if you try a 2.5mm one @primal karma ?

Yeah thats the fake one :/ 🤔 hmmm let me think .... can you measure the diameter of the heat break and the inner diameter of the spare nozzles if you got some ? Maybe we can save it.
