seems that there is a problem with the flow either inside of the hotend or when it leaves the nozzle. check for clogs. try to lower the speed

Ensure you have the proper nozzle diameter set in Cura, also, if you edited the firmware make sure the esteps are correct
I have the right nozzle in, and I did not edit the filmware, yet I made sure the esteps are almost perfect
If it was bowden Id assume a void in the hotend, but that's unlikely on DD

Possible partial clog? Its's definitely an underextrusion issue, as for its cause, that's a bit more difficult to determine without physically seeing it. What temp are you running it at, what are your retraction settings, what temp
