Clean the bed with water and soap and check if there is G29 or M420 S1 in it

Yes anf G29 and M420 S1 are gcodes related to thr auto bed level feature of the s1 because there is a chance its just off

Just water and soap ipa doesnt remove everything especially finger grease

Reset your z off set add G29 below G28 and then adjust your z offset during a print and save that
