Just dial it in for this one. Slow down your first couple layers to 25mm/s and ramp the temp (nozzle and bed) up 5C for the first layer
I'll give that a go. (It's the same pigment and everything)
do you have an ender 3 v1
Ender 3 Neo Max
did you check if the bowden tube is seated correctly and the extruder motor is tensioned correctly
also you said you cleaned the hotend .. did you hottighen it=
Yes to both
hittighen?
I did a thorough hot end cleaning. Removed everything and cleaned everything individually
assembling the hotend at like 200c losening it a little a heating up to max temp and then tighen it down
Yes, that's what I did
very good and your hotend didnt look like this?
correct, it was quite clean
damn it would have had been to easy ;D
I'm currently attempting the same part with the old filament and it's adhering much better. It still had some issues, but only 2% didn't adhere.
I suspect it must just be that roll is wetter than expected?
are you sure its the same material? just double check .. it happens to me sometimes too
He did say same model #. I’d just chalk it up to bad filament QC since only a few filament companies actually have good qc
You get what you pay for
i mean have you checked the diameter?
sofar i only had issues with kaisertech and esun but these are like 5 years ago
That’s still a QC problem
no i could not tell you for my life what kaisertech send me
it smelled after corn while burning but did also disolve in acetone but needed 290c to print at 20mm/s and didnt warp on an open frame printer
I’ve had issues with matterhackers, esun, a few
(SOLVED)
