#pretty sure this filament sucks, any ideas?

I dried it a while ago down to a reported 17% (give or take) humidity in a dryer I purchased. Ran for some 16 hours
And stuck it in a sealed bag (that it came in) with a dessicant packet that it also came with, only came out when it was time to use it
I am printing on a pei sheet
could also happen if you are too close
Adhesion sucks sometimes too
I'm pretty sure it's fine but I'll double check it
Some previous prints had popping while printing and small holes in the final print
Resolved to a slightly higher temperature and leaving it in a dryer for 100% of the time it is printing and allowing it to feed out of it
Finally some cleaner prints
Wuhu
Weirdly with that filament my dryer won't go under a reported 17% humidity meanwhile I hit 9% on a new filament from the same brand
Different filaments may need different temperatures for one, and I’ve had a lot of filaments that I’ve gotten lately need to be dried straight out of the packing. Do you hear any kind of popping from the nozzle as it prints. Or see tiny bubbles?
Sorry, it didn’t load the answers before I sent mine. Ignore me.
