#PETG, no adhesion on either side of PEI bed

I’m trying to print PETG but I have had very bad adhesion issues on both sides of my PEI bed to where nothing will stick at all.
I’ve washed the bed with dawn, IPA, and everything, even tried sanding it. Nothing. I tried both the mirrored surface and the textured one but neither worked.

I’m printing Overture PETG at 230C and the bed is at 90C. I tried 80 and 70C but they both seem to not work.
First layer is being printed at 15 mm/s. Minimum fan speed is 0%, max is 30%. Lift Z is disabled. (De)Retraction speed 35 mm/s.
I am using a Neptune 3 Pro and its included PEI bed.

I used 2 printer papers back to back to set the Z offset, and I tried lowering it live when I saw there was no adhesion. Nothing.
I tried drying this filament for at least 4 hours today too and it’s printing straight out of the dryer, still issues with adhesion.
Help please.

I’m going to just try glue stick in the mean time but if anyone has any advice I’d appreciate it. I’ve tried other temperatures too.

Looking like somewhat decent results with glue stick so this isn’t urgent or anything

maybe its what im trying to print? its very complicated.. should i try 5 mm/s or something?

Also, should I worry about the thermistor, as it is apparently covered in PTFE as well

Yes maybe you go a leak

I honestly just think it’s the bed

#

It prints ok with painters tape

I opened it to install the heat break and apparently the nozzle was leaking

#

Which is odd cause it’s straight from the factory

#

I stripped the screw on the heat block, so now I just ordered a PTFE-free thermistor and new heat blocks

Should be easier to assemble it in a vise
