Down would be to the left on the first photo, and top left in the second. The layer shifts are mostly there.

This seems like several issues to me. Its diffcult to tell which is slicer and whats mechanical I recommend:
- Calibrate E-Steps
- Calibrate Flow
- Try again and share results
