With round shapes you end up with layers that are not supportet completly by the previous one .

Do you went for the 1.6mmwall thickness?

It wont be 1.6 mm if you allow only 2 walls with a .4mm nozzle

Yes for not waste alot of time i made the model smaller so i can print faster for testing

Ye and also on the model description its say to put 0.2 Resolution

Resolution in that case is usally laywrheight
