You can try to relevel the bed, it looks too tight on the portrait. For the benchy try 0.5 resolution and z seam on sharpest corner and relative checked on.
Not sure your printer or any mods etc so hard to help further.

No, I havent tried these models yet, but i will print them today. And i even dont know what esteps and flow are 😄.If its okay, i can print these model and share my slicer settings with you so that you can comment better. I use ender 3 s1.
