I have an ender 3, not set it up yet but I was wondering if its okay to pause it and leave it for 1 or 2 days if I need to and then resume after? Or if it would cause any issues and what I can do to avoid them while still letting it sit there?
May also need to power it off.

If you're in the middle of a print you can't just stop it

You have a release when cold build plate too so if it gets cold it will just pop off

For pause it needs to keep the bed and nozzle hot

and most turn off after sometime anyway

If you're gonna print something big just let it print.

The only thing it does is save the position your nozzle is at and the progress of the print. It doesn’t keep the bed heated which will cause it to pop off like others have said. Vent mentioned they have a Ender 3, if it is stock then it does not automatically power off after some time and it can be kept paused for a long while. Just make sure you keep only the bed heated while you’re leaving it for a while

I’ve had to pause my print for a few hours (different scenarios since they’re asking if they can do days) and it was fine
