I have an ender 3 pro, I got a BL touch and after I installed the software (Ender-3-4.2.7-TMC2225) it wont move, I try to auto home it says HOMING FAILED PRINTER HAULTED
please reset. the same thing happens when I try and auto level or move axis. Anyone know how to fix it?

Its the wrong board

i had the same problem with my v2, you need to update the firmware to the right board. or its one of ypur sensors not functioning.

How do I tell what board I have?

You open the bottom or look through where the fan is and look in the center

There should be a board that says 22 and something
