I’m wanting to get a right handled power cable for the MSI MPG271QR like the one pictured but am not sure what specs the cable has to be exactly? I noticed on the website it says the power cable is “C13” is that the only thing I need to look for?

C13 is the name of the plug on the right side. As long as it got that plug you are fine. I recommend tho to check the cable cross section on the original cable that came with the PSU and when you order a new cable to not go under that value.
