Personally, I run an AIO to my CPU, but that could be easily replaced should something happen. I am not sure if a Prebuilt GPU AIO is replaceable without needing to send it back for an RMA...

True, sadly, from what I've read thus far.. mostly involves custom loops and user modified liquid cooling. As for the AIOs.. the only recent ones are the RTX4090s... not many years atm..

just get a good brand like gig msi or asus. asus tends to be wack about warrentys. Msi and gig are great. Liquid nowadays last pretty darn long when put in the proper orientation and level. just depends really how u use the pump and for how long. i slightly turn mine down cause it doesnt need to be at 100% all the time at idle. can be at like 50 to 65.

If ever, I would go with GIG Waterforce, for their lovely 4 year warranty.

Though I am still on the fence on Air or Liquid... but I guess it depends on what would be available.

Well, even those can help though because they give you some sort of reference point towards performance. The beauty of today is that nearly every product ever put on the market gets tested by someone who knows what they're doing so you usually can find some kind of evidence to support or deny your thoughts on a product.

True... I do watch folks like Jays2cents and Pauls Hardware.. though I also got the info from them about Liquid having many more points of failure.. and that the AIO is not easily replaceable.. unlike the Fans of Air cooled GPus.

But those TEMPS are heavenly and would do wonders in the warm tropical weather of my country.

AIO's will definitely have more points of failure, just due to the many connections they have. If good o-rings and good thread compound were not used, then yes, it's very realistic to expect and AIO to fail. But I can confidently say that those are more the problems of the past. AIO's in general seem to be built with over-engineering and redundancy in mind, based on the lack of AIO failure rates these days. I wouldn't worry too much about the lifespan of an AIO moreso than the lifespan of having a cooler SoC

GPU RMA's do seem to be a troublesome thing, but, it still shouldn't be the factor that prevents you from going liquid cooled GPU. It's getting ever more rare to see AIO's fail, and them drying up is almost a non-issue now with better quality tubing used these days.

Im putting a water block on my gpu. Liquid is superior to air. An aio is different, its a cooling block + pump combined that you cannot replaced easily. A water block is just a piece of of copper attached to your gpu. In a custom loop the pump is a separate piece of hardware, so it can be replaced easily. But a gpu aio wont be easily replaced.

With custom water solutions, yes. You'd be smarter to buy a card that has a water block available now than wait and hope the card you bought gets one. Alphacool usually covers most of the AIB's after a couple months so I'm just holding out hope they make a Suprim block soon.

Heatkiller is Germany, Optimus is US. Both are considered top tier. Good luck getting one within one month of order lol. Heatkiller is probly easier to get, since retailer like TitanRig and PerformancePCs carry them. Optimus is Chicago based US company, they have very limited stock but extremely well made (and expensive)
