I recently bought a b650 tomahawk wifi from MSI however, upon attempting to install the wifi drivers for this motherboard, I got to a hurdle where it says that it cannnot find any suitable for drivers. Is there anything I can do or am I just screwed?

I should add that the bluetooth drivers seem to be working completely fine, it's just the WiFi component that refuses to do anything

extract the zip file to a folder on your desktop
open a cmd window
navigate to the folder with the driver you just made
then type this command
pnputil -i -a mtkwl6ex.inf

Okay it seems like power flushing did the job
