Hi guys,
I think ive got battery problem (im not 100% sure but it seems like it)
It started today as I was playing diablo IV, laptop just turn off suddenly. Then when i turn it on it show 0% on battery (it is plugged tho). Literally 5 minutes ago when I was playing the same game, I was checking battery lvl like each 5 minutes or so, everything was fine - from 90% to 100. And boom, it turn off, i turn it on and it shows 0% again 😦 also it doesnt seem if its loading itself, it just says its plugged and shows thats its empty, lmao
Any ideas if we can repair it in home or should i buy new battery/cable?

Also I’m doing battery calibration and it seems like battery isn’t recharging? („?” Because I don’t know)
Now I resetted laptop and it shows 100% battery load… what’s happening xD please help
Aint no way you tagged me bruh
Ma drunk ass will ask if it charges with 0 load on it
So use eco mode and just watch a lil
Sorry I knew it was stupid so I deleted it XDXD
With everything closed
Ok, will do
Yeah when I started the calibration I closed everything but the sped up fans are on
Besides this everything’s closed
Once the calibration is done I will turn on eco mode and watch it closely
Maybe even lower screen light jic
Just to lower laptops usage as much as possible
Went to the toilet while the callibration was on, came back to turned off laptop
Now when I turn it on battery is again on 0%…. Wtf
Also idk if the battery is supposed to recharge that fast
(It’s on eco mode from msi center)
goodnight and thanks mate!
also question, if i have to swap battery, is replacement one ok or is OG battery must have
In msi replacement ok usually
Ayyy my battery is sold out on msi site
Can't help since idk where to buy stuff
no problem
Have you tried inserting a pin or a sim ejector pin in the EC reset hole located at the back/side of the laptop? It's a tiny hole. It helped me reset my battery percentage
hi there, sorry, i wasnt looking for a while. I havent tried it, but it repaired itself actually, on battery report it shows now normal mWh instead of 9000mwh
