Happened with the latest version of MSI Center. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, downloaded from the MSI website, downloaded form the microsoft store, multiple restarts and even used the MSI cleaner uninstall tool. Keeps hanging up at "Wait for UI elements initialization"
update had to revert back to version 2.0.37.0

I used microsoft store to download the 2.0.38.0 version......I think it works fine. Just to be safer I'd like to use the previous version
