my laptop is way slower than it used to be

i used to be able to run sekiro on 60 fps for hours and now after 10 minutes i start getting fps drops every 10 seconds and its not only with this one game its with alot of games i used to barley lag on my laptop now i always do

Okay well I would probably make a check list and make sure you have the latest video driver, power mode is set to high performance, make sure you are running with discrete graphics card mode in MSI center, go to task manager and check if CPU,GPU and ram are running correctly.

That's weird
When you are not using charger and use battery only it should go into Power saving mode and reduce perfomance quite a lot

90 does seems like pretty high temp so it may be throttling depending on actual situation but can't be sure yet

And if ram is overfilled(for example by bloat) it can be slowing down game too
