I had a friend have an issue over a $300 item (my friend was the seller). If I'm being honest, this is my first foray into MSI. I've had friends (many years ago) have bad experiences with their products, and I've historically been an ASUS guy (Rip ASUS quality control) So, hearing that they have so many people in their corner is reassuring.

Well now you know. Just get the 24-pin motherboard V2 cable for the motherboard, a 12+4-PIN to 12+4-PIN for 12VHPWR GPU connector

And at least a 3 pack of the fans, for the controller. And the rest can be single or triple packs of regular or reverse fans.

Yes I'd recommend two things for speedy checkout with not much risk of decline. Make a MSI US Store account and have your delivery address already added to your address book. Build is complete! (Until new monitor launches and 50 series GPU’s) but I have one gripe with the case aside from everything else being flawless and awesome. The tempered glass pane has a fairly thick black bezel added to the edge of the glass and it covers up half of the RGB lighting I put in to show off the build. A specific point of interest is the radiator has the weapon icons so I bought an LED strip to act like a spotlight for each weapon… but when I put the glass on it’s covered up by the black on the tempered glass 😦 (photo in blue: no glass, photo in green/yellow glass pane installed)

As a work around I’m thinking I’ll move the radiator fans to the top and have radiator on bottom so I can at least see the weapon icon spotlight as planned but kind of a bummer

I'm willing to bet that it has that thin layer of preapplied thermal paste. Personal practice is to always clean it off and apply my own, but I prefer higher quality paste than what most companies will use as stock.

I was quite surprised by that lol and of course botched my thermal paste application 😂 had to do some clean up. Aside from the gripes with the tempered glass cutting off aspects of the build it’s pretty cool! Can’t seem to get the WiFi 7 antenna working but I run a hardwired connection anyways.

Also a really fun aspect of the collab is a ton of monster hunter tie ins. MSI center had a complete monster hunter overhaul for managing fans, RGB, and temps. Super cool

Let's hope that's not the case..! FedEx usually recommends a week of no updates before filing a claim. But If they were to mark as missing you would have to contact our US Store support [email protected] so that we can file a FedEx claim for you.

Hey, I did that too! Top mount the fans to show the weapon emblems. My old case, I was able to control everything with Corsairs software but MSI didn't let me do it but I downloaded Asus' (my mobo) software and that let me change the colors and all that. Super weird but I love how it all came out.

Im loving your build flow. Totally dig the shift from the GPU stand and utilized a support bracket instead to keep the open flow with the build. My strips go up the right and left sides as well but the dang black bevel covers them up 😦

Can confirm secret lab chairs take getting used to. If you’re like me and have beat up your backside I grabbed a purple gel seat cushion for it and that balances out how the chairs feel

You’ll need to do what I did if that’s your goal.

Fans mounted on top radiator on bottom. So long as your fans are positioned for the right airflow for your build this is actually how most high end builders mount the radiator. Helps with dust cleaning

Nope. That was my biggest complaint about the case in general. That black bevel covering up half the glass ruins all the RGB lining viewing points and cuts off half the reason to have a tempered glass pane in the first place.

I have a Phanteks Enthoo Evolv X and I had to do a similar layout for mine. I wasn’t happy to compromise on my RGB though, so I just sandwiched the radiator
