Hello, sory for my very bad English.
I have a problem with my fan of my MSI GE76 Raider. The Fan 1 make a noise as if it was blocked. I had this problem about a year ago it repaired itself after leaving it on for a while.
do you know the reason and/or how to fix this problem

when I first had the problem the fan had stopped spinning and was stuck at 11,000 tph

MSI has sourced computer fans that are thin, and as a result are prone to failure. There's nothing much you can do, besides getting a fan replacement for your laptop.
I have a GE76 too, my GPU fan made a loud bearing sound noise but it actually returned back to normal.
Some tips to keep your fans from being broken is not spraying it with compressed/pressurized air frequently, not using Cooler Boost (Max Fans), using it in quiet mode also helps but you may notice higher temperatures.

MSI a fourni des ventilateurs d'ordinateur qui sont minces et qui, par conséquent, sont susceptibles de tomber en panne. Il n'y a pas grand chose à faire, à part remplacer le ventilateur de votre ordinateur portable.
J'ai aussi un GE76, mon ventilateur de GPU a fait un bruit de roulement très fort, mais il est revenu à la normale.
Quelques conseils pour éviter que vos ventilateurs ne se cassent : ne pas les asperger d'air comprimé fréquemment, ne pas utiliser Cooler Boost (Max Fans), l'utiliser en mode silencieux aide aussi mais vous risquez de constater des températures plus élevées.
