#Laptop not charging when plugged in

I'm not sure.. but does MSI Center have a battery calibration option or feature
if it does, give that a try
guess turn off unnecessary apps when gaming
It does, and I have it set to the option where it always chargers to 100%. So idk what the problem is with it
I really hope it isn’t faulty considering I just got it brand new this weekend
try balanced instead of extreme performance or whatever the max mode is
Make sure Windows is up to date
Check for updates on MSI Center and the Thin GF63 support page on the MSI website
make sure to look up your laptop model number
i don't know... are there any battery settings in windows settings that you can check?
also since it's a new laptop you can always try official msi support
