hi guys i have a very big problem i changed my cpu i went from a ryzen 5 1600 to a ryzen 5 5600x and since my motherboard doesn't recognize my gpu anymore i've tried every driver, disassemble reassemble clean, bios driver, clear cmos, I've even tried another much smaller graphics card, a 1050ti, which doesn't make any difference, but nothing changes. I've got an rtx 2060 strix triple fan, so if you can help me, that would be really cool, because I'm really fed up with it: / (PS sorry for my english i'm french)

You may need to update BIOS to a version that supports an R5 5600x
Check your motherboard's support page.

Got an MSI motherboard with a Flash BIOS button on the rear I/O? Here's a step-by-step guide on what you will need and how to use the Flash BIOS button.

oh thanks i will test it rn
unfortunately it didn't work, is there anything else we can do?
Can you put the old CPU in to see what BIOS is currently on the system? It is possible that the update was unsuccessful and still on the older bios. Once the old CPU is installed you will also be able to update the BIOS while being able to see what is on the screen.
WARNING: Updating the BIOS to a newer version might make it so the old CPU will no longer work in that system because there is only so much space available on those BIOS chips and they make room for new CPUs by removing compatibility for the older CPUs.
i have just put back my old cpu the ryzen 5 1600 and everything is working again the graphics card is recognized and i have access again to all the functions of my pc but i still want to put back the 5600x because i didn't buy it for nothing. what should i do now so that my pc accepts the change?

That's great news! Let us know the current BIOS version.

Look at how to update BIOS on page 42-43 of your manual.
Updating BIOS with M-FLASH is the preferred method. Be sure to format USB stick (less 32GB) to FAT32.
so i put back my cpu i did the bios update then i put back the 5600x and it didn't change anything yet in the bios the version was the last one the 2023 i tried everything i can't take it anymore
We still don’t know what version of the bios is sitting on that motherboard.
If you could take a picture of the bios screen, we can all take a look.

That is the bios that appeared on your screen in the bios? Not just the version of the bios that you downloaded. We need to make sure that the update was successfully installed.
Try clearing CMOS.

Check the model number of your 5600X.

I would reinstall the R5 1600. Install MSI Center (https://us.msi.com/Motherboard/B450-TOMAHAWK-MAX-II/support#utility)
and let MSI Center check your hardware and suggest which BIOS version to update.
