Are you upgrading using Windows 11 upgrade assistant? or just doing a direct upgrade via bootable USB?

#

Did you check to see if your laptop meets minimum Windows 11 requirements?

wild rivet
#

with assistant

i did

#

checked

#

it says that i can download windows 11

misty sorrel
#

not sure... I remember reading issues with upgrading from Windows 10 to Windows 11 via upgrade assistant for some users.

#

Since you're using upgrade assistant, then you can just restart laptop

#

using the Start Menu. I thought you were stuck upgrading Windows 11.. outside the windows environment
