My monitor is MAG342CQRV
Open osd
Go to settings
RGB led
And pick what style you want
Here is the manual
Page 2-10
mmmm
i don't have that option
maybe is only with displayport?
What happens when you click power button
It's supposed to be right there
You might need a firmware update
MSI site is being laggy I'll check later
i install the latest driver :/
turns off
oh, thanks men
Okay I'm not sure what's wrong
Yea from all the online forums and comments, RGB control should be on your osd menu
Maybe a reset might work but not 100 percent sure
And you lose your video settings
okay, i am going to reset
reboot the system just in case
now i can't modify the game mode
hahah
Eco mode off
Is rgb control there?
Wow I have no clue, maybe MSI support can help
Also don't forget to enable g sync on your monitor because you reset it

i tried to send a ticket, but i hit send and it doesn't work
let's see if it works now
hey are you sure about the model number?
Is there non-RGB version?
The only thing I can think of is the monitor is non addressable rgb
It's just set to a certain RGB profile
yeah idk
That you can't change through osd or an app
Actually @past holly Have you tried MSI Mystic Light?
Maybe Mystic Light can control the monitor's RGB?
I see them
I tried some of that but it asks me for the serial number and an SHK code.
no?
yeah see them too so we are looking at the right monitor
What does Windows Display settings show?
Does it see your monitor model?
Settings > System > Display > Advanced display
yes
thats a different monitor
you said it was rv
actually its giving the same info on the manual
oh, im so sorry
same exact spot
but
on the page where i bought it in the photo it has leds, is it a problem with the page?
As i said it should give you the option to change rgb
Different monitor but same manual as Los said.
no worries
but its not showing up, you probably have to mess around with it
oh, its true
MSI support is your best bet
i don't know. Have you tried the updates found on the monitor's support page?
yeah but still that wouldn't explain the missing RGB on OSD.
yeah try MSI support. Get your serial numbers model name and such for them
if you are connected to pc, yes use display port
okay, thank you very much to both of you
okay, i will try that
I dont think this will change anything but display port is a better connection
Weird... are some updates available only after registering your product?

The only utility that I see on your monitor's support /downloads page is the Display Kit.
display port is the same
mmm
i have that
but
no rgb led
I don't see Gaming Intelligence so I guess your monitor isn't supported.
I don't know.
