Are you using MSI afterburner or other overclocking software?

#

I would reset to defaults if you are using Afterburner.

#

Try DDU to uninstall the GPU driver in Safe Mode.

#

Following the instructions on how to use DDU. Google search for DDU guides.

#

THEN go to your specific laptop support page (official MSI website)....

#

download and install NVIDIA graphics driver.

#

It may be outdated and not the latest but it should be tested to work for your laptop.

#

Usually for graphics drivers of laptops, you should get them from the laptop manufacturer.

If you have an issue with a MSI product or software, please contact support for your region MSI_Shield

If you're located in the US, you can begin an RMA request form here: https://service.msicomputer.com/msi_user/support/rma_form.aspx

If you want to chat with a tech support rep first to see if there's anything you can try before having to send your product in, they can be reached via the online Live Chat here: https://ccc.msi.com/msi_chat_service/us

Also, try contacting MSI support. MSI USA has live chat.

#

Maybe GPU is faulty for your laptop model, then MSI support may have more information about that.

#

Also, check your power savings settings.

Been through this before nothing helps the the voltage is still at 244 and the GPU is constantly locked

#

Whenever I went to Msi they sent me back the same product and told its not there problem

A Factory reset will restore you laptop to factory settings, meaning Day 1 drivers, apps, software, bloatware.

#

After factory reset you will need to install the latest updates from your laptop support page.

What are your options now? Have you considered or tried what I have suggested?

Not sure. Do you have latest updates for your laptop? Check the support page for your laptop model.

#

MSI support would have most likely asked your to check for the latest updates though.
