I did an online search for the dimensions of the glass panel but didn't find any information. I even browsed a few review articles on the MAG Forge 100R and came up empty as well.
Best bet would be to contact a MSI support rep.

Did you get them from MSI Support or elsewhere?
I got in touch with MSI live chat support, and they provided me with one of their employee's email IDs to contact for the replacement of that glass.
