New monitor flicking?

I just got this new monitor but it keeps doing this every 10 seconds anyone know why?

Have checked for updates?

Windows updates

GPU driver updates

Have you tried using different cables?

HDMI

DisplayPort

Have you tried using different ports?

Have you checked all cable connections? Are they plugged in completely? Sometimes the power cable behind the monitor isn't plugged in all the way.

Is this your main monitor?

Secondary?

If you have another monitor, then use that one.

Do you see flickering like before as well?

@weak goblet What i did was swap cables with my other monitor then it was fine which was weird

then swapped the cables back and now its fine LOL

so weird

i was abt to give up and return the monitor lol

Yeah I was going to suggest checking for dusts/debris around the ports... blow on them or use compressed air

I know that sounds silly but I think someone asked about an issue in community support, and they were able to fix it by clearing some dirt/debris around ports.

Anyway, I would mark/note those cables that were causing the flickering, just in case if they degrade further somehow over time.

thats crazy 😭 but the port were brand new so i didnt think itd have any of that
