The drop rates are mostly based on the mob’s rarity. Bosses, villagers, blue axolotl’s, and more, drop 100% of the time
Also isn’t there over 3000 tropical fish in the game?
They're based on rarity in some packs but not all.
And there are 3k tropical fish if you count the randomized ones, but the named ones are much fewer.
Camel Husk, Nautilus, parched, zombie naut, and probably the zombie horse though I'm not sure on that one cause I live in a desert. Not sure we have happy ghast either. Those are off the top of my head, might be more
more mob heads iirc does its drop rate based on farmability as well as rarity, which is why endermen heads are pretty rare despite being "rare" mobs. But the drop rate isn't always precise, especially for mobs that only certain player types will come across in abundance.
Zombie horse and happy ghast exist. Haven't tried to get any of the other ones yet so not sure
the other ones I definitely know are missing.

yeah, there's a spreadsheet online with all the rarities. I've never found issue with them, although collecting some of them was very frustrating 🥲
Myth updates the changelog when the new heads are added, so the plugin isn't updated or he hasn't gotten around to adding all of them. I'm sure they're on the way!
I remember when More Mob Heads was first set up on vanillatweaks, god it was annoying the endy drop rate xD
but yeah basically If I were to set my mob farm to looting mode (which I'd love to do for weakness arrows), I'd be drowning in husk heads

yeah i believe these one's dont exist, doesnt look like they were added to upstream. we don't use moremobheads, we have a fork of a different plugin.
