Just as a note: it seems like most banned players are fairly new and don't have much money. This would likely not get higher than a few hundred thousand at most, but we could always cap it at a certain amount

Why not just make your own lottery? Many times large portions of banned players money are through illegal means too, I don’t think banned players should continue to have any influence once banned
