you're cooked dude
I have ADHD and somehow I'm passing even though my average study time for tests is around 10 minutes 😭 😭
I write down as much as I remember onto a page, then look though notes a bit, and write down any more I remember from there
That worked for me to remember some stuff really quick
But it's not as good as something longer term
One piece of advice from my Czech teacher that works quite well imo is: write yourself a cheat sheet on the smallest piece of paper possible, but then don't use it during the test.
Repeating everything that will be in the test with someone else also works pretty well
I used to do this (when I actually had to study and couldn't somehow wing it )
I would write down anything and everything I could remember and then I'd compare it to my notes. It made the gaps and things I'd missed obvious so I'd focus on writing and re-reading the information I couldn't retain at the time.
I always find a victim like a significant other, family member, or friend and have them quiz me on my study sheets. Takes hours and makes sure I don’t miss a beat!
honestly like do past papers/questions if you can
also get a study buddy or someone you just sit in a call with an study
Try to explain your subject to someone who doesn't know anything about it. Like your cat/dog/baby sister etc. If you can't explain it in simple terms and answer and question that may come up you don't know it well enough for exams. Wherever you find yourself stumbling, study those areas
Also what classes are you taking?
Everything but mainly social studies and science
