I think it be cool to add some kind of data pack or mod that adds beer for taverns, bars and celebrations. Imagine after a long fight with the warden you want to raise a toast with your friends for having accomplished such a feat, but with what? A potato? A potion of turtle master?, no, a nice cold beer. Also the server has a casino and what kind of casino doesn’t have beer?

For what it's worth the plugin is pretty damn customizable
So you could have alternative methods for brewing potions with vanilla effects
Could even lump the flight potions into it, hypothetically
