Hello,
Thank you for your reply. I’m playing on Xbox, and I’ve encountered an issue with the achievement “World Traveler – Open 9 Tanuki Portals.”
I have already unlocked all 9 portals, but unfortunately, the achievement did not unlock. This seems to happen consistently, since I met all the requirements and the achievement still hasn’t been triggered.
I kindly ask you to verify this issue. Please let me know if you need screenshots or a short video — I can provide them if it helps.

Yes, just complete the story mission to take a picture of the door, then talk to any raccoon in the hatch and he will send you to this teleporter
