Then create another card which is Shot Loaded Right with the text:
"I can only be played once I have 7+ Blind Bet stacks.

While I'm in hand, gain 1 Blind Bet stack each time an ally takes shielded damage, you play a Slow Spell, Fast Spell, or an Ally's Skill.

When I'm played, do X effect and create another Shot Loaded Right in hand."

I think for victor in path they should make his 2 star power "when you play a created card create a hex core upgrade in hand". With his 3 star being give augment to all units and augment gives one health
