Warhammer 40K War Chests not received

Hello, I purchased the 15 Warhammer chest bundle today but haven’t received them, also when you look at them in store it states that I need to open 4970 more chest for the guaranteed next epic item, is that a bug or am I missing some reference?

For the text part - this is a known issue. That text shouldn't be there at all.

Yes I’ve logged out twice and restarted my console but still no chests, I usually receive them within 60 seconds.

We have to manually credit each player so is taking a bit of time. 🙂

The purchasing was fixed yesterday. Its only the ones that were purchased prior to the fix that didn't show up.

I don't see any record of you making any purchases so you don't appear to be impacted.
