Other (popular tank) games regularly report on the players that they have disciplined, yet we don't have any feedback on people we have reported. Whether it has been reviewed and no wrongdoing has been found, or action has been taken. Using WoTstars, you can see very clearly that reports in game are not taken seriously. You can be pushed off a cliff 3 games in a row by the same person, and they'll carry on playing with no punishment day after day. There are well known griefers, people who have uploaded compilations of them griefing, but nothing is done.
I suggest that if our reports are in fact reviewed, an email could be sent to our associated email accounts detailing if the report was taken seriously or not.
An outline in what discipline is taken if players are found to be griefing would also be helpful.
I do not mean to suggest that you do not take any action against reports, it's just that in my 12 years of playing, I'm yet to witness any account that has griefed me multiple games in succession have any action taken against them.
