For those who can't buy warchests due to the country's laws and regulation. If WG can't provide warchest directly , I suggest at least make it an option so that people can get warchest the other way.
like i asked in the ask the team section. WG needs to do all they can do earn profit. I would like the financial team to have a look at this so they can grab more money.

No it would still be illegal, that's how it works. If thing X is not legal in country Y, it doesn't matter if you buy it in country Z where it is legal. Providing it to country Y is still illegal.

In this case the user was asking about South Korea, where you have to be able to display certain information in a certain way and then go through approval and certification from the government. Currently we do not have the ability to display the information in this way but it is on our list of improvements we want as we would like to offer it to all users - but we have no timeline for when that may be achieved.
