As the title suggests, the warchest situation has gone too far. Warhammer Chests with chest locked tanks (but they were commander chests so even worse), the new TMNT chests repeating the same thing, and the tiered Winterfest Chests.

Firstly, STOP selling tanks in chests but not directly. Stop with this method of selling a tank and then FOMO'ing it in chests.

We can tell the Winterfest chests are a sloppy mess because nobody thought to themselves that putting the Kpz in silver, then having the camo in the Mythic (with dupe protection), would be a bad idea. Congrats, the theoretical most expensive item in the game (on average) is now a camo set that makes your tank worse.

Then it was the Lunar New Years chests with an unskinned tank as filler that blocked the BZ-72-1.

Just stop, who asked for this to turn into a gacha game? Another game I play has gambling for cosmetics, but the price is minimum $1 to a maximum of the price of the cosmetic. Guess what? Literally everyone is happy to spend money for it even if they don't get the $1 one.

This constant desire to add a warchest to everything is ridiculous and needs to stop. AT LEAST do the bare minimum and directly sell tanks and stop chest-locking.

Agreed it’s a joke like you need to spend 400 to have a tiny chance of getting what u want it is just straight gambling like at least have a pity even if it’s 100 chests

Vote with your wallet. Whilst people still buy, they’ll still sell them. I could easily afford whatever but won’t be buying. I don’t gamble at all, and dislike predatory practices that encourage people to over spend on very low probability chances.

If you think About it they sell a chest in another chest,to get a mystic you must Buy silver or yule chest, wich you need luck to pull one,and still can receive a bad tank when you compare to other,like you can get the winter warrior,the kpz.07p,the t22 medium or even the Avre,or you could get the is5... imagine buying chest to get another chest,and when you finally get one your getting a tier 8 instead of a tier 10, that just dissapointing...

they sell too well. say “vote with your wallet” all you want, but there’s still gonna be a large amount whales that spend $500+ on the chests every black friday and/or christmas that vastly outweighs your contribution. sad, but that’s how it is… PepeSad

At $1.50 they were pushing it but I’d by one every couple days or so. But now, at $3 pop, and the same “possibility of a theme tank, Im tapping out and suggest you do the same.

Have you checked out the drop rate for a tank on the TMNT its 1.6%
Iron Horizon or chests drop rate for a tank was 3.6%
So we’re paying twice as much for half the chance, unbelievable.
I mean, come on man, the regular old tank war chest were at 13% for a tank!!!
I guess that’s the premium for using the teenage mutant ninja turtle name, right???

WG offers what sells better. Apparently enough people buy these boxes. So it's up to the buyers

I'd find it better if you do this like in warships, gamble ships in boxes or shop for full price

The TMNT chest are Commander Chests they are the focus. Buy them to get a commander.

The current chests are not your answer for the Techno. Will it come back for real? I don't know.

Not having the Techno for sale individually is rather limiting. If it WAS available for 25,000 gold, there are a lot of people who could be complaining about how expensive it is. Those people are really missing out.

I know there are some who would buy it. So why not let them? That is what everyone is asking.

I think there are still enough out there who won't spend the 25k gold and get the chests.

I am not going to spend $160 for little to no chance. If I want commanders, I'll buy the chest. If I want a tank, I will buy something else. If I want a specific TMNT tank, I am out of luck as they are not for sale.

Looks like we're getting another Warchest this week. Atleast, if I am reading the article correctly, it looks like you can buy the exclusive commander.
