The N, having the short 75mm, would be relegated to lower tiers where the armour may be too thick.
I'd rather see the M, with the 5cm. Giving it the stock gun of the VK 28 could make it viable as a tier V premium, which is a more desirable tier.

Max 90mm penetration is thoroughly mediocre.
As for tier III for the M, won't work. The L is a tier IV, and the M has additional armour if memory serves.

The one we have is a paper proposal that wasn't followed on with due to cost. The production K was a command tank.
