I logged into the game but didn't receive a day of premium or a black Friday war chest. Is there anything else to do for it?

There is. You get a full screen notification upon your first login.

Once you clear it, that's it. You wont' see it again.

If you didn't see it, you either button mashed, or have your account settings set to disable to not allow us to display pop-ups like this in your game.

I would verify that you are opted in to receive all of the in-game notifications (check all the boxes) in your Email preferences: https://modernarmor.worldoftanks.com/en/accounts/management/

Also make sure to pay close attention when you log in the first time each day that you don't clear it out of habit.

I can confirm that you have all received the rewards correctly.

I didn't see the pop-up on my account, though I'm pretty sure I did get a day of premium. My wife's account did get a pop-up (for a day of premium) but only after moving around in the menus a bit.

I logged in before 7a est and I didn't see the notification either and it wasn't in my profile log. I hate to ask but @dusky stream did it log an entry on the backend?

Just a FYI. Got mine (a chest) not right away upon login, but about 3 hours later. As they say, better later than never.😉

Just tested this. Did not buttonmash, account allows pop-ups. Waited several seconds after every mandatory button press. Ended up in garage, waited several seconds. Zero pop-ups on the log in bonus. I got the chest (it was indicated in the UI profile tab) but like said, no pop-ups.

Today it Indicadet in the Log... 2 Chests, but only one is there... again no Pop up.

I don't see and don't get them, the pop up never appeared, even in the first login. Plus I didn't disable that

I got one chest one day, and premium time the 2nd day. Only the premium had a pop-up. Chest was in profile marked with a star, no pop-up. All my stuff is set to allow pop-ups.

It may just be a glitch as I don't button mash my way thru login.

today I got a pop-up just after midnight when I booted the game, no pop-up on my wife's account about 11am

I login this morning 2 hours after reset. No popup, nothing in the log. I guess I got a day of premium. Or not ! I logged back in the evening and won a Chest? So yeah color me confused?!🤔

I also haven’t seen any indication I’ve gotten any of those Turkey Treats. And I didn’t see anything in the log indicating I got anything other than the daily chest and what I got for playing a game.

Same result today, got the chest and UI indication start on the Profile tab but no pop-up.

Yesterday I started playing at 3pm my time, no notifications/pop-ups but had a chest in my profile tab with a star. 7pm had a pop-up for Turkey Treat.

At this point why even bother trying to get this fixed. Plenty of comments saying it's bugged, and replies saying "... can confirm... received the rewards correctly" so it's apparent it's not going to get fixed.

It'll be over by Tuesday and the problem will go away. Just keep checking your profile tab, it does show you get stuff whether you get a pop-up or not.

it only shows if a chest is present, which is obvious, but there's no clue if a premium day is added other than the total number of days

but yeah, it does work
