I did not get the 2d halloween headless horseman commander when i received notification that i did. It's not in my commanders. I waited one day to see if it showed the next day, but when i logged in today, the commander was not there. I only have the one from last year.

Same here. I got the Headless Horseman treat but none in my commanders list other than the one I already owned.

They usually don't reply back on the weekends but will on their workdays (Monday to Friday).
