The nations for all Monster Mash tanks are WW2 nations. You have to look at the flag in the background or use a filter.

Set the filter to German and it will show German awakened tanks such as the Monsterjager which is German in monster mash.

Equipment is legitimately optional part of the game.

If you gave silver concerns after the recent equipment changes, simply not buying equipment for a time-limited mode is perfectly understandable. I would personally run consumables, as I have been using them for so long I'd feel naked otherwise.

If I remember correctly, the Awakened tanks aren't actually part of the CW nations; for example, I think the Monsterjager is actually under Germany in the event.

I played 1 game with no equipment or consumables and 2 of my Gorynich crew were all dead as were ammo rack, loader and engine within 2 mins. Every hit was critical, as is the norm in WOT. I put a thread on and moderator as usual gave the WG 'party line'

You were most likely attacked by a Spectre, a tank known for being able to shred crew and modules. Just like with standard battles, you're not required to play with consumables, but you run the risk of having to deal with dead crew and damaged modules.

Yes it was. I did tell the moderator that it was NOT FUN. ( see thread) but the moderator insisted on having the last word. I will not be getting any more premium tanks to play monster events. Not for gold at least.

Without being intentionally dismissive, how difficult is it for you to gain silver?

I have a premium account, a horde of premiums and a few X2 silver boosters leftover, and in the hour I played yesterday I believe I made a couple million.

I been playing almost 12 years. Its not that difficult because i have always played with premium time. I have PT to February 2027. But in my opinion monster mash isnt worth spending silver ( i got 10 plus monsters)

That argument can be made for pretty much all events since they don't give enough silver to offset the cost of consumables—at least premium consumables, idk about regular consumables.
