I noticed that while Loaded Shell Exchanger is available on standard single-shot tanks, it's unavailable for purchase on Spaceman.
I wish it was available for purchase.
I'd also like to see the DPM for this tank reviewed... but that's beside the point.

Hello, this is not a bug. Each round has it's own reload times based on the damage it does as its a energy weapon.
