So APDS, HESH, APFSDS, HEAT, does apply?
Also, does this include ATGMs too or no?

HESH is a HE round, but otherwise correct, it still works the way it did since the start of the game 🙂 and AFAIK ATGM's are also a form of HE, so also unaffected by the additional module damage chance.
